Please note: Due to a trade deal being reached between the EU and the UK just before the end of the transition period, we, like many European companies, are doing our best to update our systems both internally and with our couriers as quickly as possible to meet the requirements of this new policy. Furthermore, due to Brexit, several parties involved are experiencing disruption and delays, meaning that the process is unfortunately taking longer than hoped. For this reason, we have temporarily had to switch couriers, which has meant increasing our shipping costs temporarily. We hope to be able to implement our new systems and previous shipping costs as soon as possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Our shipping rates depend on the country of destination and the price of your order.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can see where the package is and when it will be delivered. Most shipments are delivered by DPD.

You can have your parcel delivered at your home address, or you can have it delivered at a UPS pickup point so you can collect it whenever it suits you best.

Normally, we send all packages with the option of being delivered to your neighbours if you are not at home. The postman will leave a note in your mailbox with the house number where the package was delivered to so you can pick it up there. If this doesn’t seem like a comfortable option then please contact our customer service.

If your neighbours are not at home, then a note in your mailbox will be left with a personal code. With this code, you can log in to the carrier’s website and choose how you want the package to be delivered: you may wish to schedule the delivery for another day, deliver the package to the neighbours or to a collection point in your area.

* We are not able to ship to the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey. For certain other islands or difficult to reach locations, it may be that higher shipping costs will be calculated.
