This chopping board from the Bitz brand has been specially designed by the Danish nutritionist Christian Bitz. This oval board is made from oak and can be used as a chopping board or serving board. The board is ideal for serving tapas on, for example, and also has a raised edge so that juices do not run off the board while cutting. The board has been treated with a vegetable oil and this is therefore recommended for being very low-maintenance. The chopping board is not dishwasher safe.
