    There are several ways to contact our customer service.

    By e-mail

    You can reach us by sending an email to customerservice@etriasbrands.com. We do our best to answer your emails as soon as possible. You can assume that this will be done within one business day.

    By telephone

    Would you prefer to speak with someone? Then call our telephone customer service on: (01223) 320693. We are available on weekdays between 8AM and 10PM and on weekends from 9AM to 5PM.

  • Order

    Step 1: Put the desired item in your shopping cart
    Go to the article you wish to order, select the desired size and then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You will then be automatically redirected to the shopping cart. Here, you can choose to either continue shopping and add more products or to complete the order by clicking on the button ‘Complete order'.

    Step 2: Fill in your details
    To process your order, we ask you to fill in some personal information. If you already have an account, you can login at the top of the site so that you do not need to re-enter your details.

    Step 3: Select Shipping Method
    You can get your package delivered to either your home or business address.

    Step 4: Choose method of payment
    Here, you can choose how you would like to pay. You can pay by PayPal, Mastercard, VISA card or American Express.

    Step 5: Complete order
    Now click on ‘Place order now’ to finish your order. You will then be automatically redirected to a page with the order confirmation. You will also receive this order confirmation by e-mail.
  • Shipping

    Below you will find a table explaining our shipping rates for different order values and the different destinations we ship to. The shipping cost for your order will therefore depend on the country of destination and the price of your order.

    Please note: Due to Brexit, different rules now apply for parcels being shipped between the UK and EU member states. For parcels being shipped to the UK, you may need to pay VAT and an import duty to the courier before the courier will deliver your parcel. UK orders are now temporarily being shipped with UPS. Furthermore, there have been delays at the UK border, meaning that shipments to the UK may take longer to be delivered than the estimates provided.

    Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can see where the package is and when it will be delivered. Most shipments are delivered by DPD.

    You can have your parcel delivered at your home address, or you can have it delivered at a pickup point so you can collect it at a time that is more convenient for you.

    We usually send all packages with the option of being delivered to your neighbours if you are not at home. The delivery driver will leave a note or a card with the location in the package has been left so that you can pick it up there.

    If your neighbours are also not at home, then you will be left a card by the delivery driver explaining how to rearrange the delivery of your package. You may wish to schedule the delivery for another day, have the parcel left in a safe place, or have the package to the an alternative address or to a collection point in your area, for example.

    * We are not able to ship to the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey. For certain other islands or difficult to reach locations, it is possible that higher shipping costs will be calculated for your order at the checkout.
  • Delivery

    The estimated shipping time for every product is mentioned right next to the image of the product. This may vary according to the product. A large part of our product range is immediately available in stock. With these products, if you place the order on a weekday before 6pm, we ship them the same day that so you will receive them within 2-3 working days. With items that will first need to be ordered from our supplier, we estimate that we will be able to ship them to you within 3-5 working days.

    If you have ordered a number of products with different delivery times, then the order will be sent to you in one shipment where the invoice will be that of the item with the longest estimated delivery time.

    If a chosen product has a delivery period of more than 2-3 working days, it means that it is in stock in the warehouse of the manufacturer and therefore has a longer delivery time.

    Most shipments are sent with DPD. Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can see exactly where the package is and when it will be delivered.

    You can pay safely and securely with the following payment options:

    You can pay by credit card from MasterCard, VISA or American Express.


    If you have a PayPal account then you can pay with it.

  • Collection

    You can get your order delivered to your home address or business address. Alternatively, you can choose a DPD collection point and pick up your order from there.
  • Quality

    We provide products from different brands. Each brand has its own quality requirements. However, rest assured that all the products sold by us are long lasting and very good value for money.

    All the products in our range meet our high quality standards. We have carefully selected the brands so that high quality is guaranteed. The price of a product is generally a reasonable indication of the quality.

  • Guarantee

    When you order a product from us, you can rest assured that the product is of very good quality. Normally we give a one year warranty on all the products we sell, but in many cases, the warranty period is longer because the manufacturers provide a longer warranty. The warranty is subject to the legal rights of the customer. A legal warranty means that a product must perform to the customer’s expectations.

    We advise you to keep the enclosed invoice number with your order number, and in case of complaints, we can handle it as soon as possible with this information.

    If you have purchased a product and something is wrong with it, please contact our customer service so that we can provide an appropriate solution.
  • Returns

    We strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction. If the item(s) you ordered are not quite what you were looking for, then you can register the return of your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product may of course be tried out but may not be damaged and should be returned in its original packaging. If the product is returned damaged, frequently used, or washed, we will not be able to process a refund.

    All return parcels need to be sent back to be processed in our warehouse in the Netherlands. We are only able to create return labels for customers returning parcels from The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Austria. Customers returning an order from any other country will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

    Due to the exit of the UK from the European Union, we will no longer be able to offer free returns for UK customers. This means that from the 1st of January 2021, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning their order. We will not be able to bear the cost of return shipments. Furthermore, due to Brexit, an extra custom duty charge may be incurred when returning your order back to our warehouse address. The customer is responsible for paying this cost; we will not be able to bear the cost of any added duties or tariffs incurred for returning your parcel to us.

    Registering your return

    If you would like to send a product back, please log into your account or go to www.etriasbrands.com/returns to register the return of the product. Simply follow the return instructions and then you will receive either a shipping label, if returning the parcel from one of the above countries, or the return address to which the product can be sent.

    After you have sent the product back to us, the purchase price (including any cost for having the order shipped to you initially) will be refunded to you as soon as possible. This is normally done within 1-2 working days, but in busy periods this can take up to 14 days.


    Would you like to exchange your order instead of receiving a refund? In order to do so, simply follow the instructions above for the return of your item and then head on over to our webshop to place an order for the item you wish to receive instead. This means that we can have the replacement item shipped to you as soon as possible and will then refund the cost of the initial order once it has arrived back with us.

    It is important that all our customers are satisfied. Should you have a bad experience with our service or our products then please let us know. You can send your complaint to our customer service team. You will receive a reply within one business day and we will try and find an appropriate solution to your complaint.

    We respect the privacy of all users of our website and we ensure that your personal information will be treated as confidentially as possible. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide information to third parties that are involved in processing your order.
