This is the Fissler Vitavit Premium pressure cooker, which is not only extremely strong, but also uses the latest cooking techniques. The Vitavit Premium has, in addition to the two normal cooking functions, a steam cooking function that works without pressure. The pan is made of stainless steel with a scratch-resistant inside. In addition to the innovative steam cooking function, the pressure cooker is also equipped with an ergonomic (and removable) handle and a handy cooking display that gives an indication of the temperature in the pan. - Rather large import duty !
The total purchase experience was vey smooth and simple.
The item was well packaged and secure. I have contacted the sales team regarding the missing basket support and am awaiting their respsonse.As stated above, I was rather surprised at the import duty cost, maybe an indication could have been suggested at the point of sale thereby helping to make a decision to go ahead or not with the purchase.
