A big advantage of cooking with a pressure cooker is that by cooking under high pressure the cooking times are up to 70% shorter than if you would do this with an ordinary pot. The WMF pressure cookers can also be hermetically sealed, so there is no oxygen in the pot during cooking. This means that vitamins and nutrients are better preserved.
