The lid handle of the WMF Perfect RDS pressure cooker is equipped with integrated residual pressure protection and automatic steam extraction. The lid handle is also equipped with a handy all-in-one dial for operating all functions. On the top side a so-called cooking machine is placed for economical preparation. This WMF pressure cooker is finished at the bottom with a Universal Transtherm bottom for optimal heat distribution. By cooking under high pressure, the cooking times are up to 70% shorter than if you would do this with a normal pot. The WMF pressure cookers are also hermetically sealed, so there is no oxygen in the pot during cooking so that vitamins and nutrients are better preserved. Cooking with a WMF pressure cooker is therefore not only energy-efficient, but also healthier than alternative cooking methods. The pot is supplied with steam power.
