The lid handle of the WMF Perfect Pro pressure cooker is equipped with an integrated residual pressure protection and automatic steam extraction. The lid handle is also equipped with a handy all-in-one dial for operating all functions. On the top side a so-called cooking machine is placed for economical preparation. This WMF pressure cooker is finished at the bottom with a Universal Transtherm bottom for optimal heat distribution. By cooking under high pressure, the cooking times are up to 70% shorter than if you would do this with an ordinary pot. The WMF pressure cookers are also hermetically sealed, so there is no oxygen in the cooker during cooking, resulting in vitamins and nutrients being better preserved. Cooking with a WMF pressure cooker is therefore not only energy-efficient, but also incredibly healthy.
