Item description

An icon since its emergence in the 1980s. Originally created for running, the New Balance 574 series sneaker was New Balance's first shoe to combine performance and everyday use in one shoe. With its retro design and use of luxurious materials, the 574 is a symbol of originality for both old and new generation of NB fans. This version of our classic is made entirely of suede and offers a cool look.

About New Balance

William J. Riley first got the idea for a footwear brand after noticing the way that a chicken keeps its balance, and thus New Balance was born in 1906. A chicken maintains its balance using the 3 points of its foot, and this is the model on which New Balance sneakers are based. Riley began by designing an insole that would provide more support for people with foot and back problems. Since then, the brand expanded into shoes and trainers, and has become one of the largest footwear fashion brands in the world.
