I have read some of these reviews and have to say I can’t believe they are for the same company. My partner ordered me some beautiful shoes for Christmas from a shop in town however they were slightly too big, the shop could no longer get them so refunded us, but I found them on this site. I have to say the customer service has been fantastic, I entered the incorrect address when I ordered them which I realised when they emailed me confirmation of the order, I emailed them straight away then called them, they answered quickly and the operator was really helpful and changed the address straight away and emailed me the new confirmation with the correct address. I also don’t know why people are complaining about the import tax, we are no longer in the EU so I knew this but the company made it really really clear when I purchased my order that I would need to pay this. Overall the whole thing was smooth and effortless, would highly recommend, 5 stars
